Ok so yeh we f'd up. For those of you who visit this blog every day for the latest instalment *cough* it's been on hold till we got some expert advice.
Today Damian from midnightmods.com came over have a look over the DPP and give us some options. The s14 motor is definately do-able with a few mods here and there. But making a street registered car was going to be difficult requiring engineering and the like (which means big wasted $$$)
So we decided the best option would be to source an s13 blacktop motor so we can get the car up and running asap.
You may think we might have rushed into it a bit buy buying the s14 as a motor-donor... but all is not lost!
See the problem we have now is we have an spare motor and box... Solution!: Buy another car to put the motor in! So now on the hunt for either a silvia, 180sx or r32 shell to house the s14 motor.
Sorry bout boring post but I need to go Ebay my nuts to fund DPP2
